Here are some points that I have been arguing all day. Imagine my surprise when the first item under recommendations was this video from one of my subscriptions, Mises Institute. While I like listening to Napolitano he could be much better if he could only give up that statist religion.

At the very beginning he also states that the Constitution was a coup against the rightful government.

This video is priceless as Napolitano cover so many areas of natural law including jury nullification.

He also competely destroys Kavannaugh.

They all do. Natural law is also referred to as common law. All constitution in the US make some reference to common law is in effect except where superseded by statute. That is a real joke as common law is the law of the people and without it you do not have a republic. The destruction of common law is the destruction of morality and enslavement of the people,

It is a tyrannical government that eliminates all aspects of common law. Jurisdiction (latin: juris = rights; diction = to speak), he who claims jurisdiction is declaring they are the arbitrators of rights.

Interesting point in your comment about rightful government. Can any government claim that if it rejects natural law?

A very concise a well done lecture on the founding ideas of the Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Anyone involved in homeschooling, add this to the curriculum. Yes, it is that good.
