I'm beginning to believe that freedom is not a commodity that the world chooses to want. There is little understanding of what the word means in relation to actual lives. We have done a lousy job promoting it.

The only place in the world where humans can be human is being attacked by the world.From within and without the world seems to say, "We want you to be just like us." Freedom is not a price we're willing to pay. We'd rather be taken care of-- even if we are kinda slaves.

This kind of talk reminds me of the Detroit riots. We were out of town vacationing and came home just as it started Imagine coming home to see tanks rolling down the street.The drug store where I worked as a kid was burned to the ground and the owner, a pal of mine, said he would never rebuild there again. From then on Detroit started to crumble.

Unfortunately, the Millenials will achieve their brave new world until a guy knocks on their door and tells them what job they've been assign to. So, you'll find a PhD flipping burgers, but not because he wants to. That's just one example of the stupidity of socialism.

We can no longer tolerate the Democratic Party. It is extreme socialist bordering on Communist. The Democratic Party seeks to destroy the nation which so many have given their lives to defend. They are an evil force that must be eliminated soon. All freedom loving citizens must rise up to defeat this evil force. If we don't we will loose our nation to their radical socialist actions. Rise up before it is too late.

Whether trump wins in 2020, or in fact keeps a majority in the congress in 2018 is up to so much propaganda and emotional issues that its hard to tell.

If N Korea blows up in Trumps face, and his standing firm to china, canada, and EU on trade doesnt work, I think he is in trouble. And who knows how that turns out.

The left IS violent by nature, and if 2018 falls to the democrats, its time to really get serious about self defense- preferably by moving to a less populated place near sources of food and defensible and somewhat hidden areas.

In certain neighborhoods the word "Democrat" is synonomous with saint or benevolent of home and family.

I agree that some blame should be taken by the Republicans - and yes! Just for being apathetic. If there is one thing which is clear throughout the history of the United States is that evil wins mostly because good does nothing. We don't have a society teetering on the brink of socialism/fascism solely because of the socialists and fascists, but because we as capitalists didn't do enough to promote capitalism.

Very true about Winston Churchill. He saw America as a monolithic society with FDR at the head. He couldn't have been more wrong. Churchill still thought that the greatest system of government invented is the British Parliament.

I will give one thing to him, though: Churchill was a brilliant war planner and advocate for human rights. It was truly a shame when England tossed him out on his ear as soon as Hitler was done.

A minority of the democratic along with the media is a huge problem for the dems. The media who report the news don't know that they are shooting themselves in the foot. They are low-level employees serving up this over the top, one-sided picture of capitalism. They are part of a dying media and will go the way of the dodo bird. The people at the top of their companies are all wealthy and pay peanuts. If they had any sense at all they would embrace capitalism, to quote a famous person, "what have they got to lose?".
