Not mentioned in the article are possible solutions such as term limits or, as lower court justices do, running to be elected by the people every six years or so.
Me dino prefers term limits--for everybody!

    The left wants the SC be as controllable as Federal or District Courts which are staffed by Obama acolytes and regularly overturn the president's orders.

    Remember when Obama attacked the SC Justices on the floor during his State of the Union blab? That is where the fight started: to Hussein the Courts were just one cog in his communist machinery compelled to march in step.
