San Francisco to allow noncitizens to vote for school board

California has once again demonstrated that the inmates are truly running the asylum. What begins in California spreads to other states, mine (Oregon) being one of them.
Is this grounds for the Federal Government to not accept the California's vote tallies during Federal election topics? If not, shouldn't it be by virtue of a corrupted system?
