    I just wonder how big a carbon footprint she'll leave in making the trip.

    And I assume the media will be all over that, raking her over the coals for burning all the fossil fuels necessary for the trip. cough cough cough

      Like they raked AlGore over the coals for the hydrocarbons use in his mansion. Like they rake all the members of the UN over the coals for their luxury travel habits. Like they rake all the high ranking manipulators of the GOP and Democratic parties for heating/cooling their mansions. Like the media rake their own executives over the coals for the hydrocarbons they use in their private jets, mansions, and limousines.
      "Let them eat cake" is their real mantra.

    Two thoughts here.
    1. In my experience, and I am over 60 years old, the relative chances of success of any marital relationship are inversely proportional to the amount of money spent on the ceremony.
    2. Why in the world would anyone invite Hillary Clinton to anything. This is akin to having a small child be the ring bearer....you only do it if you don't want the bride to be the center of attention.

      While I do see your point, as a former child ring-bearer, I object to the comparison :^) I recall (because my aunt who was the bride reminds me on occasion) that the bride sat me down and assured me of the penalties for bad behavior just before the ceremony. I suspect that wedding was the instance of best behavior of my childhood. ;^)
      That bride and I became best friends in my adulthood, and I couldn't be happier about her friendship.

      I care that the elite are still treating HItlery as if she was worthy of anything but the noose, and that in spite of all the rumors that she will not escape justice for her treason, there is little evidence that punishment is likely.

        They still hope she can be politically powerful with her connections and Bill's connections. Thats why there is no punishment likely to come down the pike. It just shows how really crooked the power hungry politicians are.
        I am convinced Trump will not get a second term, and in the meantime he will be stymied at every turn. With the change in house control, there will be no immigration reform, no approval of the Mexican and Canadian trade agreements, and no repeal of the new tariff rates on China
        I only thought Trump had one term all along, and that he could slow collectivism somewhat. I think the slowing has been done already, and not much more will ensue. He should NOT have gotten into the trade war with China, but should have just let us buy whatever we want from them, and let the dollar issues fall to the next socialist president (Beto O'Rourke most likely).

        Too bad, but the USA is finished ,IMHO.

      I only care that she isn't in jail (yet) and instead is being lavishly entertained outside a cell ;^)
      I would hope that someone on Trump's team is now investigating the Clinton connection to the Indian billionaire that invited her. What has he already received and what does he expect to receive in the future?

          Isn't she sickening? I really don't even think of her unless someone else mentions something. Of course it is difficult to watch the news because they think everything she does is of interest to us. Wrong! She is so needy it is embarrassing.

            Yes, that is quite annoying. The media constantly showing this old hag as if we could not live without knowing what she is up to.

            I never liked her but my dislike morphed into total antagonism and nausea whenever I saw/heard her.

            It was difficult enough to live through her 2nd candidacy that I thought was her last but now we get peppered with news about her 3rd run.

            Stick a fork in her and leave us alone. No one cares.
