The plan of action was simple and straightforward to raise money to construct a wall on our southern border. We have raised over $20 Million from 325,000 plus donors and we are only just getting started! I have been literally overwhelmed and inspired by the outpouring of support, calls, and emails from American citizens who support our efforts to Build the Wall. I got some hate as well but that was easy to ignore with all the positive feedback I was getting. I immediately sought out and consulted with some of our country's leading professionals in law, politics, national security, construction, and finance. This team has spent countless hours over the holidays reviewing all issues pertaining to the construction of a southern border wall. Unanimously, we have all come to the conclusion that:

1. The federal government won’t be able to accept our donations anytime soon.
2. We are better equipped than our own government to use the donated funds to build an actual wall on the southern border.
3. Our highly experienced team is highly confident that we can complete significant segments of the wall in less time, and for far less money, than the federal government, while meeting or exceeding all required regulatory, engineering, and environmental specifications.
4. Our team strongly believes that we can complete our segments of the wall for less than half of the government’s estimated costs on a per mile basis.
To show the government how “We the People” can get this done, we have formed a Section 501(c)(4) non-profit Florida Corporation named “We Build the Wall, Inc.” to receive the GoFundMe contributions. Our website can be found at http://www.webuildthewall.us.

The following individuals serve on the on the advisory board, and construction, finance, and or audit committees, operations, administration, PR, Media and ongoing fundraising:

Brigadier General Dr. Robert S. Spalding III
Industrialist John Daniel Moran, Jr.
Ex-Navy SEAL and businessman Erik Prince,
Former Secretary of State of Kansas Kris Kobach,
Angel Mom Mary Ann Mendoza
Law enforcement and immigration expert Sheriff David Clarke
Fox news contributor and border security expert Sara A. Carter
Former Colorado Congressman and presidential candidate Tom Tancredo
Angel Dad Steve Ronnebeck
Media consultant and journalist Jennifer Lawrence
and many others

We have made significant progress in less than a month. We have begun extensive due diligence and the commencement of feasibility studies engaging leading experts in a variety of fields necessary to construct our border wall. These professionals have provided us with critical guidance on the legal, engineering, contracting, environmental, accounting, maintenance, and real estate issues required to build a wall on the southern border.

We are already taking action on:
• Identifying the most densely crossed areas of the border
• Soliciting affected landowners along the Southern border
• Studying the most feasible solutions based on terrain, barrier styles, environmental impact and efficacy
• Ascertaining the willingness of border landowners to provide no or low-cost easements on their property for wall construction

    Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious Human Rights Abuse or Corruption
    By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

    I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.

    I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

    I hereby determine and order:

    Section 1. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in:

    (i) the persons listed in the Annex to this order;

    (ii) any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

    (A) to be responsible for or complicit in, or to have directly or indirectly engaged in, serious human rights abuse;

    (B) to be a current or former government official, or a person acting for or on behalf of such an official, who is responsible for or complicit in, or has directly or indirectly engaged in:

    (1) corruption, including the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources, or bribery; or

    (2) the transfer or the facilitation of the transfer of the proceeds of corruption;

    (C) to be or have been a leader or official of:

    (1) an entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section relating to the leader's or official's tenure; or etc..etc...etc...

    Oh, they did tell me that if someone could possibly ignore the pain, ignore his body's tendency to run the other way, he would die as he got too close.

    They'll do that, whether we want it, or not. At least, this way, I'll feel like I tried to make a difference...kind of like voting.

    I get it. There are two parts 1. detection of an intruder, and 2. Prosecution of the intruder. The prosecution part you describe is microwaves. Makes the target feel like their skin is on fire, but no real damage. “Dial a pain” was one name. If someone can walk through it, lay them stay!

    Would be nice if we could repatriate that money...it might very well all go to shit if Trump is successful.

    Yes, it is in Israel...if I remember correctly: Army Tec Corp or something like that.
    Back a few elections ago, I engaged them and got some specs...passed them on to McCain and the AZ Gov...never heard a word back.

    It was an amazing technology...an invisible wall the would Hurt you but do no damage, (unless you were stupid or unfeeling) if you got too close.

    60 min's had a special on it, they had mounted it on tanks...there was NOTHING you could do to shield yourself from feeling the pain, you might be determined but your body said otherwise and skedaddled quickly in response.

    $21 Trillion Heist: It’s Only Theft When You’re Not Wealthy Enough to Get Away With It
    BY TIM NUELL ON JANUARY 31, 2018
    Perhaps the Washington Post and the New York Times have their top teams of investigative journalists tracking the trail of the missing $21 Trillion. Maybe MSNBC, FOX and CNN are all simply waiting for the February ratings period to drop their bombshells about the missing money. But don’t bet on it.

    Michigan State University economics professor Dr. Mark Skidmore tells me none of the media giants have called him about the $21 Trillion question, even though the news has been public for more than a month. The story started when the professor heard a seemingly preposterous podcast from Catherine Austin Fitts, a former Housing and Urban Development (HUD) official. A skeptical Skidmore and his MSU team began scouring thousands of government documents from the past 20 years for flawed accounting procedures.

    “I just thought she was wrong,” admits Skidmore. When Fitts spoke of missing trillions, the economist was convinced she was mistaken “by an order of magnitude”, and surely must have meant billions. Not only was Fitts right on the money, but the $21 Trillion number could “for sure” move higher, Skidmore adds, because five full years of figures are unavailable to his researchers.

    I still think we need to do both, eliminate goodies and build the wall...drug cartels come to sell drugs, provide children for sex and terrorist come to terrorize.

    On the other hand, I don't mind donating toward the building of the wall, but don't want to be on the hook for it for the rest of my life.

    In that case, the Feds are welcome to take over maintenance on it.

    There is a lot of chatter lately about the folks along the border who own the land the wall would be built on want nothing to do with any wall or their property being taken at any price. I guess I can understand that but on the other hand if we build some wall but leave large openings because the owners won't sell I guess the illegals will have a direct line through their property and to their homes. I have no idea what an acre of desolate land goes for in AZ or TX but they should take the money and run IMO.
