Another blow to the 2nd Amendment. You don't have to have committed a crime, just have the police of a doctor say you're potentially dangerous.
I believe a fair number of Sheriffs in Colorado have said they will not enforce this until the court cases that are bound to arise have been settled by SCOTUS.

- 1Posted by $ 25n56il4 6 years agoQuite frankly, I've known a few policemen who shouldn't be allowed to carry a gun! They were just dying 'to see how it felt to kill someone.' I know of one who even tried it twice before he was relieved of his weapon.Permalink|
