true FFA, but they government has that ever so small edge in that they essentially control the courts which determine who has standing to sue the good intentions of the government. e.g. the Supreme Court and the obamacare, illegals immigration, voter ID, etc.

Big government is an even bigger threat to people than big business.
Competition will eventually reduce the power of any big business except those using government to eliminate competition.
The federal government is a near perfect example of the reason used to create anti trust laws.
There is only one solution.
Break up the federal government.
