Who REALLY PAYS?

I keep hearing the question WHO IS GOING TO PAY for all this free stuff?
The answer?
The PEOPLE AT THE BOTTOM!
when the money for food runs low, the poor get less and less until they get none.
Same with medical care and everything else.
When the poor are gone, the poverty moves up to the next level.
WHY is that so hard to comprehend?
