what do you think of this? . it expands the government by
increasing some bureaucracies and whittling others, but
the net result is the taking of budget concerns away from
the 2016 election process, don't you think? -- j

    Boner's goal is to "clean out the barn" for the next speaker.
    Translation:
    Give the socialist statist racist in the White House everything he wants, and make sure the new speaker won't be blamed for it. The new speaker gets to cave in for a host of new socialist looter requests.
    Every member of the GOP should be tried for treason by the Henry Bowman group, and the guilty receive appropriate punishment.
