Trying to rebut anything they say is just a waste of energy so a standard response needs to be coined that can be used on all occasions. It would mean who cares what you have to say, where do you get your facts, that is a ridiculous interpretation and you have s**t for brains! Maybe that is the nonsense word that he tweeted that day that had them all agog for a week.
