I just returned from Silverton Colorado -- where I was crewing and pacing for a good friend as he ran the Hardrock 100 ... one of the most difficult mental and physical 100 mile ultra-endurance events on Earth. Three weeks ago, I ran the Denali 135 in Alaska -- my friend was there with me, running the crew vehicle. I love mountain climbing, ultra-running, being party to successful business enterprises ... I love these things because I love Life, my life and direct engagement with challenging activities.

One nice bit about the Plandemic, lots of the population decided to follow the Narrative "Stay Home, Stay Safe!" -- and so, many of the highways, trails and mountains were devoid of those Staying Safe. If individuals choose to self-delete, than I say, one fewer somnambulist. As described in Atlas Shrugged, I will be ever more cautious to avoid situations where something can fall on my head, the result of incremental societal collapse.

Doctors for EONS told people how to lose weight. Stop eating Bread, Sweets, Biscuits, etc. Eat meat and Veg. No fruits, nothing sweet. (Nourish yourself, don't eat for Flavor/Fun).
It worked. Very very low obesity.

Fixing it with will power, in a sea of drugged up foods is ALMOST impossible. Suddenly a PEPTIDE shuts off the desire to eat. And EVERYONE can lose weight again.
