Multimillionaire and accused pedophile Jeffrey Epstein died in federal lockup early Saturday following a suicide attempt, law enforcement sources said.

Epstein, facing federal sex trafficking charges, was found hanging in his cell inside the Metropolitan Correction Center in Lower Manhattan by Federal Bureau of Prisons officials about 6:30 a.m.

I sent out a post on this as well.

Had the same thoughts: the signs are eerily familiar of a "suicide" we have seen earlier.

Add to this that Epstein attempted suicide before he was arrested. Don't prisons install extra security for people who are at risk? I bet they even handed the means to Epstein, helping him.

I lost count how many, accused of crimes that could have been fatal to the Clintons, committed suicide.

  He was under protective custody and most-likely suicide watch due to reported botched earlier attempt. This wasn't a mistake. No way.

      Not that I care particularly, but I find this interesting. He hanged himself? That took a few minutes to do. Are we supposed to believe he had no help?

    If he was under protective custody, his keepers probably handed him the rope (or sheet) to hang himself with.
