I first thought of "Anthem", when Obama banned incandescent light bulbs, as they did in the book. Rand knew where we were headed if we did nto hake heed, which the shcool system made sure we did nto take heed.

I've been advocating teaching logic, debate, and Anthem for quite some time now.

Obviously, reason and logic are not involved in their ideology.

If you share ideas from Human Progress to leftwinger or rightwingers, they reject them, just as this articles say. They say by admitting something good is happening, you're condoning and encouraging all the imperfections in life.

It's all about dividing people into groups and discrediting them based on group identity instead of reason.

I have seen in the school system, consistent psychological abuse of children, from Maslow group therapy by teachers on grade leveka, to attempts to cause cognitive dissonance. I soon concluded that all kids need a course in logic, and a copy of "Anthem" to fortify them with, When one is taught to look for logical fallacies, and to suspect someone at any time is attempting to create a dystopia, one tends to look for the motives and to do the research. Our kids have been taught to believe and trust, just what the UN wanted, as they set themselves up as a world goevrnment using UN Agenda 21 as they lie to create it, now called the Green New Deal in its plagiarized form. AOC does not even know where her handlers got it, nor anything about science. Logically, we know the Earth is not ending in 7 years, Kerry, not sure, but it works for the agenda.At worst, the poles may switch and we mostly all freeze to death, but Earth will be fine. Pelosi may become an icicle, but that is life.

I thought this was a really good article. That list of ten is definitely going in my arsenal moving forward.

Minor quibble: In his section on all-or-nothing, his political spectrum puts communism on the far left and Nazism on the far right. Nazism is a leftist doctrine - not a conservative one.
