To those of us who are awake and aware and can see reality it looks like present day in America...to those who are asleep and believe in wishes and hopes (but not reality) this looks like something only from a history book (that they probably don't believe either). The article had so many points : They were led to believe the grass was greener on the other side, everyone was immediately employed by the government, equal rights for women meant to get them away from raising their kids, so the government could indoctrinate. Education was nationalized, more indoctrination. Hitler became their god. Drafted women and men, then put women on the front lines. Socialized health care, the good doctors left. Tax rates went up to 80% of income. Businesses were attacked to the point of shutting down. Free enterprise was essentially abolished. Farmers were told what to do and how to do it. They killed the mentally ill, euthanasia. Then they took their guns. The road to Totalitarianism... does anything here look familiar ???
