Excerpt:
"The University of Southern California has removed the word ‘field’ from the curriculum and academic references because it supposedly has “racist” connotations.

No, this isn’t the Babylon Bee.

The university announced that phrases such as “field of study” will be replaced by “practicum” in order to advance the cause of anti-racism."

I guess students at USC now get to learn another utterly useless word to avoid being called names.

Somewhere in the late 20th century racism was defeated. It left the progressives without a cause to campaign on. So, a little-known statement from the left called WOKE developed. It assumes that racism is a major part of our daily lives. To date this is an exaggeration of a fantasy over reality. It is a joke our grandchildren believe to be fact. This form of ignorance must be overcome to save the Republic. It is not too late to reverse this fantasy.

Since slaves were field hands back in the day, they will replace manual or any reference to hand next.

Slavery has been around since the dawn of man, and not all under the same understanding or practice. If one wants to get very generic, almost all historical monarchies have been to some degree or another enactments of slavery. If the king wanted your daughter, you had no choice - and neither did she. Whether it was a feudal lord in Japan or Austria it was the same: these tyrants had control over your crops and your lives.

In my opinion, however, what we have today is even worse. Today, instead of slavery of the body, we have slavery of the mind. Progressives the world over seek to enslave not only the will but the thoughts of everyone else, using technology and monitoring to attempt to subdue, cancel, and shame everyone else into becoming like them. The free mind is anathema to them because it exposes their pettiness and small-mindedness and their tyrannical desires for power.

So they are changing to Latin. Somehow a Roman empire completely based on Slavery is not offensive.

One of my high-school friends came up with a theory of intelligons: intelligence particles. There were "A" particles and "B" particles and people had a tendency to attract either "A" or "B" particles based on their actions and innate intelligence. "A" types were intelligent and sought out more intelligence and other "A" types. "B" types were the opposite, tending to go along and muddle through, seeking mediocrity and status quo rather than enlightenment. It is unfortunate that our universities of higher learning have been taken over by "B" types.

CA watering down the caliber of their degree's one moronic act at a time. Soon a degree from Calif will be a hurdle in getting a real job, or the guaranteed state stipend checks.

Strange world when the National Enquirer starts to have more credibility.

Maybe next USC should ban the use of the word 'racist' because it hurts feelings of innocent people who had nothing to do with slavery.
