    Does anyone at any level of government in this country have any respect for the Constitution?

    I can see the potential for abuse here...not by the police, but by the residents...

    "911"
    "Oh, I think there's some sort of party going on...I think there's underage drinking going on, but I don't know...I just thought you should know."

    "Thank you for the information, we're sending a unit over to investigate."

    (At the caller's home upon hanging up the call) ` HAHA, that'll get em! They won't mess with me next time!

    Similar to "swatting' only this time local yokal guys...no MRAPS...not at this time...not yet anyway.

    Ignore 2 ignore 4 ignore 9 ignore 10.

    First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out—
    because I was not a communist;
    Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—
    because I was not a socialist;
    Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out—
    because I was not a trade unionist;
    Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—
    because I was not a Jew;
    Then they came for me—
    and there was no one left to speak out for me.

    City can consider it all they want... the Constitution says, "oh, you want a Warrantless search? well, let me introduce you to my little buddy... Amendment 2...

    Warrantless entry based upon some undefined allegation. This is carte blanche for police entry anytime and will lead to swat type dynamic entries when homeowners refuse access. A judge needs to stop this quickly should it actually become law.

    If I had a child and I do not, by 16 the youth should be able to the difference between American and French oak, between a Cabernet and a Zinfandel, and of course between Sauvignon blanc and Pinot Grigio.

    But to the story....any judge would be nuts to uphold that pathetic attempt at control.

    So let's all raise a glass and say "hallelujah , we do Not live in jersey!"
