I’ve noticed a disturbing trend.

I’ve noticed a disturbing trend in the Boise metropolitan area, apartments and being built everywhere. These apartments all look the same as though they were designed by the same architecture firm, they are multiple floors and always have businesses located on the ground floor. They are all built with an on-site crane, an expense that I wouldn’t think is truly necessary for the type of project these apartments require. I have not counted these new apartments construction sites, but I see more and more of them, must be upwards of 20 to 30 separate sites. This has prompted questions:

Who is building these and where did they get the money?

Who are they planning on housing here?

Why do so many; do they know about pending increase in demand?

Are these being financed by the government?

Is this happening elsewhere?

Are they planning on a lot of people losing their homes?

Going back to the instruction book for tyranny, agenda 2030, they openly state that they plan to house people in city centers, walking distance to work. This seems like communism as they are all the same with no differences whatsoever. It looks like government projects…

Glad I don't live in Phoenix or St. Louis! These constructions sound every worrisome. Wonder if its Chinese money.

Yeah, use government money and the great welfare state to build structures that will depress property values in the vicinity so they can be accumulated for a fraction of their original value and use the land to rinse-repeat.

Whoa! I have relatives in Phoenix and noticed such construction while visiting there this past December. I go out for a 2 or 3 mile walk every morning and a few blocks from where I was is a big construction project surrounded by a fence covered in plastic so people driving by can't see in. Walking by I looked through holes in the plastic and can see lots of pipes sticking out of the ground and what seemed to be a street/parking lot layout. NO signage indicating what was going on. I was curious because if it was a "retirement" community I may consider moving out of NY to get closer to family in Arizona. Just thinkin'...

Yeah, that type of crane (non-movable) is curious for low story apartment buildings with store fronts. Seems like overkill. How deep are the basements? The design you describe infers store owner/operators will likely be living there. I suggest you pay attention to who moves in and your property values.

15 minute cities. Soviet style dormitories. Soon to see breadlines, no doubt.

We are being displaced, via disease, hunger, division and population replacement. Illegals have no vaxx, fly without id, get govt money, govt housing at our expense, and are defended.

These apt complexes are here too, right beside light rail and bus terminals.

Agreed, a crane is required for that, but these are assembled on-site and remain for months until its done; very expensive. The site across the street has been under construction for about a year and the crane has been there the whole time. Excessively large like money isn’t an object, twice the height of the building being built. Just an observation…

I know they want our property and to take it, they will need a place to house the people – remember “You’ll own nothing and be happy” or else. I’m wondering if this is the lead up to a planned depression to take our property? Just speculation atm…

Yes, there seem to be more and more of these ugly looking structures being built around the St Louis area also. They all look alike. I fear they are the new housing projects for the illegal invaders - they will ultimately turn into a blight just like every other government housing project. I think they offer the promise of 'retail' 1st level space as a misleading distraction. After all, the nearby stripmalls currently have oodles of vacancies. It's all smoke and mirrors by the Leftists. IMO.

I've noticed a little of that in my area, too. Usually such a project will have a big "Coming Soon..." type sign, but not these. No idea who's building them. I didn't give it much thought until I saw your post. Now I'm curious. The city I live near is supposedly a sanctuary city to hide ILLEGAL ALIENS, so maybe this is free housing for them, while us citizens pay more and more and more.

Edit add: Regarding the on site crane, some building codes require heavy steel I-beams as part of the floor or other parts, depending on building type, that are easier to install with a crane. Expensive, but necessary, especially when an oversize crane is the only one available at the time.

Think I’m going to research this, compile a list of sites and research who owns these sites and who’s paying for this construction. I’d like to know their plans because this doesn’t make any sense in a capitalist society.
