It is time for the US Marshals to step up and make the arrest and hold over for trial one Barack H. Obama for aiding and abetting for every felony and misdemeanour committed by any and all illegal aliens that should have been deported..

    Also a small but important point, when this happened during the Reagan Admin, the "amnesty" was a bill by Congress and not an Executive Order. Either way it is still wrong headed!

    It's not a joke. It was wrong headed thinking when Reagan did it. It is wrong headed thinking period. We have laws for a reason!

    I think it likely that any US Marshals with guts enough to arrest the Criminal-In-Chief would end up spending way more time behind bars.
    A hate crime would be tacked on to a false charge or false arrest.
    They would be falsely yet fiercely despised as racist bigots until the end of their days.
    Just think of all the garbage Ferguson is currently catching. There is a relationship to my imagined scenario.

    Easiest: Establish through college application documents that Obama was a foreign student, then deport him and nullify all of his acts.

    Perhaps when the Zero leaves office the next Administration will see to it that his henchmen are prosecuted for their crimes against the People. $5Au thinks it unlikely the American people have the stomach to prosecute the Zero himself, c.f. Nixon.
