here it comes... Many are caught on film, many posted to twitter and facebook...how much says very few of these racists, if any, are punished for this?
I wonder if some of the sign holders would be Obamacare laid-off and/or part time workers with too much time on their hands. If so, I'd love the irony.
not entirely true, at a Palestinian protest I came across in DC the protest signs were made by teh Communist Party and World Can't Wait organization. College campus's have print capability.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
A group of boisterous, belligerent people obstructing traffic, or interrupting business at a private establishment does not seem to me to be "peaceably assembling." It would seem to me they could be charged with something... trespassing, loitering, obstructing, inciting... I believe you have a right to speak, but you have no right to force others to listen.
I agree. Surprised no one has challenged any hate crime laws since they must demonstrate intent which is not a crime, while the crime itself is what it is.
All crimes are the result of hate of one kind or another. Someone hates the fact that someone else has something they don't (also called envy). Someone hates someone for something they did. Someone hates themselves and takes out that angst on someone else.
To label one crime a "hate" crime is to fallaciously disassociate ALL crimes from their true source.
No--worked myself I to a heart attack. Forgot to take care of me while I take care of my Alzheimer's husband. If I am to do right by him, I need to recapture that virtue of selfishness and make sure I care for me first--if not, there won't be a "me" for either one of us. I don't fear dying--it wasn't an issue. The issue was wanting to do those things I haven't gotten around to yet.
OK, how about a reality check? Who lives in NYC? Welfare moochers and rich liberals - right? There are practically no sane, normal, producing people there. Unless one considers advertising and lawyers as producing, which is a stretch. So, who cares if the liberal socialist kid's dinner gets ruined? Of course, there are tourists there; but, seriously, if one were to take a vacation in Liberia or Sierra Leone and come back with Ebola, should we really feel sorry? Likewise for the tourists to NYC.
I keep my clip loaded, in place--it takes me about a second to rack the slide and there is no danger of accidental discharge. I can put 7 shots in a 2" group at 30 feet in about 4 seconds...I'll be out practicing again once I recover from the heart problem.

Yes. I think this may be a good thing. If people who are not hate motivated (I include blacks in this category - there were probably some blacks dining in that restaurant and having their lunch scintillatingly adorned by the high-decibel entertainment) begin to have unpleasant personal contact with Marxist extremists, it may go further to changing their minds than any rational argument will.
racist president gives lic. to others of his race to demonstrate that they too are racists. since new yorkers can't carry fire arms they can't defend themselves which is not the case in much of the rest of the country.

Freedomforall's definition of insanity:
Expecting rational action by government.
If you need one, you need it THEN and loaded.
