i have not been shot down while in an air craft, but when i was about 8 years old i was being shot at by a hunter who only saw the bushes move and now 60 + years later i still remember. while i was in the army i did not see combat but all of those who have will go to there deaths remembering the experience. two years from now he may receive an award for coming out with the truth.
