I love that this town chose to put these up, and that the people who live there offered to pay for the signs. Smart way to deter would be thieves. Now to start posting them at schools.

    I don't know how to paste a photo, but my welcome sign says: "If you can read this, you're within range."

    The signs are missing one touch though...

    A bullet hole through the sign....sort of an underline:)

    I think, of all the community eglatarian projects we could be involved with, this one would be perhaps not only the best, but the most accurate. Thank you NMA for the idea... :-)

    This is uncommon common sense. Even people who would put no-guns signs in public places would probably feel nervous about putting one in front of their houses.

    At the very least stop putting the gun free zone signs up. Criminals are deterred by guns according to the statistics. Let's stop showing them where to go.
