Oklahoma Introduces Obamacare Nullification Bill

    you know I spent one of the most pleasant weeks at some park in OK. Keystone, I think, on a lake.

    They missed that the law states that only those purchasing through the STATE exchange are permitted to receive subsidies. So, if your state didn't create its own, and is relying on the FEDERAL web-site exchange, then subsidies are ILLEGAL. You should press your legislature to codify this in law so that there is no ambiguity for the insurers and those seeking insurance policies. Any insurer that accepts subsidies in such a state should have their license in that state immediately revoked.

    This is a good move. I think most RED state governors and legislatures might go along with it. Blue states, probably not.
    If half go along with ObamaCare and half don't. Is that enough impact to crush it or will the Progressives continue on?
