I though it could be that they were found at 4 PM. But maybe you're right, the picture could have something to do with it.

The answer is: by the age of 6 kids don't even need training wheels. Cops on the other hand apparently do.

The most shocking part to me is that the cops have to be certified to ride a bicycle. Don't most 6 year olds know how?
