I really felt the Bern watching those things.
Just not the same way a Millennial would feel the Bern.

    Funny, but not funny.
When I was in the retail business this wasn't a joke, it was factual. The worst were recent graduates from high school or college. Not having to hire youngsters is one of the perks of retirement.

Considering 25% of families now have no one holding a job. and now you say by 2030, 75% of the workforce will be millennials - we are definitely in big trouble! A recent milleinnial hired at the local paper wrote a column recently, saying she never wanted to marry, would adopt random kids from different ehnic backgrounds, and ALWAYS wanted plenty of time from work to go out drinking, I would say this does not bode well for workplace productivity. All one has to do is visit the local McDs in the evening, to see where the youngest managers try to be buds with the employees, who end up throwing food at each other and and NOT cleaning up at night. It is a pig sty. I talked with an older worker on the morning shift today, and she said the millennials think they just have to show and and should be paid more, for not working. Everyplace has signs out for "Help Wanted", but no one wants to work. The year 2030 has another deadline, the year they hope UN Agenda 21/2030 will be all nicely implemented. Goodbye property rights, this group is not going to fight for what they never worked to have. It won't matter until mom and dad no longer have that wifi-equipped basement for them to fllop in. If only they had taught this generation some history, some English, some REASON!

At our farm the occasional wanna-be worker is allowed to pass near a stall that contains horse material that needs to be shoveled. There is also a shovel and a bucket nearby.

Anyone who does not, on his own initiative, pick up the shovel and get to work is not needed here.

    Funny.

I've never hired anyone; however, before working for Atlas I would frequently go to networking events, etc. to try to find new clients. Multiple times there would be this point in the conversation where you realize the person you're trying to get business from is a raving liberal.

Hmm...didn't know liberals ever sought jobs outside of government or community organizing....You mean they actually look for Work?

Haven't seen them around where I work.

I agree the mindset is common. It may or may not be associated with Democrats. I don't know. I will say I have had consistently good results with millennials. They're full of youthful alacrity. I haven't seen this entitlement crap from my non-random sample of millennials I've worked with.
