If you look for the atrocities from LEO's, they come from small towns, large towns, organic farmers, dairies, every state. These MRAP's and military weapons and tactics are everywhere. Are there good men as cops? Maybe so, but until I start hearing from them or seeing them stop the nonsense, like Albuquerque, I'll hold my judgement.

I didn't think Psychology was going to be a good course when I took it in college but it was. I especially found Abnormal Psychology to be particularly valuable in understanding the internal motivations of others.
