It isn't a worldwide epidemic yet....key word YET
This situation is actually similar to the new series on TNT Last Ship. Sorta.
All this without firing a single shot: so much for the "lock & load" mentality. Your property, your rights, your life ~ gone in one single swipe.
I'm thinking that such an event would coincide with a economic collapse, thus inducing "bank holidays" and no one will be able to get their debt dollars out. Couple that with EO 11051 going into effect, the DOT-commandeered U.S. Highways "checkpoints" with DHS backing preventing most personal travelers from getting on the road: now what?
The SOB's (self-proclaimed elite) hold all the cards and the 'game' is stacked in their favor. All we can do is hope (pray, if you're a believer) that you can somehow avoid any calamity as best as possible and move to the best part (if you can call it that) of what's become the toilet bowl of America.
I hope my friends there can take extended leave immediately.
Excessive hubris appears to be another communicable disease.
I cannot believe we are bringing this to our shores on purpose. It's amazing to me.
This virus kills 3/4 of those who contract the virus. It would be nice to know of the 1/4 that survive how many make a complete full recovery and how many suffer permanent damage.
