Finally a place where self-driving cars makes sense

I'm not a fan of self-driving cars for personal use for many reasons. But THIS application is one I can totally get behind: pizza delivery.

The only remaining question: how does the pizza get from the car to the front door? Drone?

    This also makes a bit of sense for grocery delivery.
    Might have to bring back delivery doors on old houses.

    The one issue I can see with drone delivery is in the cooling of the product in transit. I'd be interested in seeing how they solve that problem, as most people don't want cold pizza when they order it...

    Put the oven and ingredients in the van and have it made during the delivery trip. Otherwise a drone fleet makes more sense to me.
