Some random thoughts-
Not much evidence in that report.
Now is this the city where an Australian woman was shot?
She phoned police for help, when they came, a recent migrant trainee officer shot her dead.
I recall seeing a photo of the mayor and chief of police.
One claims to be indigenous, the other gay (?)
They would have had an affirmative action recruitment policy for the police.
There is much to learn from Sweden but not the recent Swedish techniques for cultural
suicide and denial of reality.
