Sort of fits. They must have a problem with the conjugation of the verb, to be. They use:
I be, you be, he be, she be, we be, they be. Because of this, maybe the government language police created a conservation program so that "be" could be used improperly with all the personal pronouns so as not to offend the culture sensitivities.
