In case you haven't noticed, we're not dealing with the same Democratic Party of 5 or 10 years ago. They were once critical of capitalism's excesses, conservatives now have to deal with open socialistswho show disdain for everything American. They push four of the worst policies that their radical base promotes. They are 1. Get rid of I.C.E. 2. Repeal the tax cuts 3. Embrace Socialism 4. Open Calls for Violence. If ever we were looking down the maw of the dragon's throat, this is it..

I meant cross over from the dark side. Many Democrats are very loyal to the party, but if you asked them why, they couldn't tell you.

Its not THE mob, but an interview with one of the anti Trump mob members. It was recorded but quickly faded into obscurity so I don't even know who the interviewer is. But the guy being interviewed was more coherent than many of his ilk and I was impressed by how a person of obvious intelligence was willing, amost happy to waste his life.

Is that a mobster talking about working for the mob or the government? I bet the mob doesn't pay if you don't work.

Listen to this quote and it will give you a deeper understanding of the left mentality. "It doesn't matter to me. I'm not trained for any job. If it gets me one so I can go out at night and smoke a little pot, I'm happy. Better still, If I can't work, they still pay me. What the hell." One of the many mob interviews that I happened to write down.

My friend was through with it. Between thieves shoplifting and all the other trial and tribulations of keeping a business going, he just went to work for a chain. "I make as much money and no aggravation."

The good thing is less people fall for this crap if they're open about what they're doing.

Riots destroy the local infrastructure, push business and commerce away. That exodus of productive people who saw the writing on the wall migrated to other cities. Who can blame them.

But it needs to be refreshed often. We called ourselves "The Ayn Rand Society" which she would not allow us to use her name in any way. But we continued to protest the protesters. We were all persons who owned their own businesses. But we were small and unfunded and eventually had to give it up and when we did, that was the end of it.

In my youth, we would demonstrate against the demonstrators which got us a spot on local TV now and then. It was as if we were aliens when we defended capitalism against the stupid protesters who really didn't know why they were there.

Right! And so it goes. They won't even use the mildest of punishments, Contempt of court. They make it seem as some terrible punishment. It's being clapped in jail until someone bails you out. Even I could do that.

Go for it. I used to be an activist, but I'm too old and infirm to do anything physical.

I am truly tired of hearing about all this liberal crap. I hardly watch TV, never watch late night "entertainment", hardly watch FOX anymore since they tout "fair and balanced", and really have little to do with non deplorables. Being around people is better than being alone, EXCEPT when those people are liberals.

Yeah, to most politicians, perhaps, but they are not the only ones who vote. I am saying we can persuade the population, perhaps, if we go about it right. Of course, we must oppose the public schools, and the kinds of things that are going on there, but we can probably find a lot of allies among the parents, after while.

Good. I couldn't take a story of sending libs into the future via a time machine. OY! I did it to myself!

I'm not so sure. For many years Democrats have been telling of the horrors of being a Republican, to the point where in the eyes of a Democrat, no matter what the facts are, becoming a Republican is the shame of shames.

A remarkable bunch.None like them today. But they dealt with a far simpler universe in both men and science. Still, what they proposed must have been way outside their comfort zone, and yet, they took the best of all the philosophies that came before and cobbled together a remarkable Constitution which looked into the future as if they had a time machine. (Don't start)

The DNC is publicly ignoring the "Walk Away" movement, but is privately scared. The people walking away include young folks, minorities, and older Democrats who remember a more sane party. It's going to be interesting if some incumbent senators start jumping ship as well.
