My pediatrician runs his own practice (one of the few here in Cali who still does), uses his own expertise in the administration of vaccines, and refuses to take medicare/Obamacare patients. He was recently informed by a patient parent of his who works in a nearby county that they have him on a watch list there now. I warned of this kind of thing on this very forum a couple years ago and received some flak from some of my fellow Objectivists who refused to believe the government/medical complex would ever behave in such a way.

If I am reading this correctly, so far, she has only made statements of her opinion.
I do not believe in "hate speech" as a crime.
She has apparently not committed a crime and has not done any harm to her patients.
I certainly wouldn't hire her, but she gets free speech rights regardless of how irrational her views.
My guess is that she will be under a microscope of monitoring henceforth, and any questionable treatment will result in a loss of her license to practice medicine.
