Well, I am an engineer. And, I'm involved in the medical industry. I really think we are at a point where scientism has taken over as the overriding decision making philosophy in America. Scientism isn't science and engineering isn't based in it. But, scientism is, for the most part, a religion. Good luck arguing with that.

I think the key point is similar to the issue of the death penalty in crime & punishment: the issue of irrevocability. Once someone has undergone sex-change surgery, it's a done deal and they're stuck with that mutilation for life. Given that every person has the inalienable, sovereign right to their own person - except under "Obamacare," which for the record is still in place despite Trump's blather about "draining swamps" - that must include the choice to undergo radical alteration of gender if one so chooses.

But I would argue that such an momentous - and again, irrevocable - decision is not something that anyone under the "age of consent" should ever be doing. Maybe I'm abnormally dorky, but when I think back to my mental status at age 12 - or at 15, or 18, or even 20 - I cringe at the lunacy of some of the choices I made, on comparatively trivial issues. But irreversibly lopping off your Naughty Bits and replacing them with opposing plumbing, while imbibing high-octane hormones of the alien gender? When I was 12 years old I wasn't even real clear on what clothes I should put on for the day. At 19 I didn't have the wits to distinguish between Timeless Love and A Summer Fling (and got my arse dumped, brutally, as a consequence.) So I would argue that making a decision on profoundly life-altering surgery - again, irreversible - and the massive bombardment of one's body with hormones of the opposing gender, even at age 21 is an ethically questionable proposition at best.

Beneath the whole aggressive (and otherwise inexplicable) push for this transgender/androgyny fetishism lies, as in the case of most of today's evils, the "UN" and its "Agenda 21"/"Agenda 2030"/"Caveman Zero 2050" plan. A key component of this agenda is the "green" religion's admonition that human fecundity and populations are "Catastrophically depleting resources" and "Catastrophically emitting Demon Carbon Dioxide" and therefore "The SKY is falling, aauugghh!" and "To avert this climate disaster we must.. have global socialism! Yeah!" So there is a big push, among the "green" faithful, to obliterate human reproduction for everybody else. The transgenderism fetish is a component of this goal, as is the aggressive promotion of the LGBTQRSTUVWXYZ bomb, and the general de-sexing of everything from Victoria's Secret (which is now: Victoria's Morbid Obesity Problem,) to the absolute obliteration of all traces of femininity from girls and young women which has been underway for at least the last two decades, ironically under the auspices of a movement calling itself "Feminism."

So I would argue that the age of consent - 21 - should be the bare minimum for any of these types of life-altering decisions. A 12-year-old - or even a 15 or 18 year old - is not someone with the rational maturity to make such a permanent, life-altering choice.

I comment only on- When will it end?

-When the public becomes aware of far too much cruelty with no result. Apart from mental cruelty on parents and others, there is the mutilation of the victim, very young maybe 5 years old, far too young to be aware of sexuality, or to be able to discuss with those adults with serious ideological issues or simply a pot of money in their eyes.

-When the State controls and limits plausible villains, this power is a double-edged sword.
We should expect the State to remove the strange secrecy around this.

-When the public realizes there is no result, apart from torture and mutilation - now gender can be re-aligned as gender is expressed by behavior in social settings, but sex change has never been done.

The witch doctors posing as medics can cut pieces and lumps off, apply selective growth hormones, but cannot get the birthstate sex changed. I am willing to believe if evidence is shown, that there are cases when at birth no precise sex can be determined, or will develop, but these instances would be very rare, maybe one in a million.

The public may be starting to see that men/women are different in certain fundamentals, muscle, voice, physical endurance, giving birth, lactation, menstruation, and more and that surgery, bullying and torture do not change these attributes.

Yes. They are succeeding in creating more docile Americans with each generation. I had my kids late in life and even today I was marveling at how different they are than I and my friends were. Testosterone levels in boys is much different than when we were kids. That's proven, not just opinion. My kids have zero interest in exercise. When I was 14 I was doing jump squats in the backyard with a barbell over my shoulders in preparation for a long, violent career as an offensive back. The difference is mind-bending...

Perhaps the history of this insane behavior might help answer the Question. The first three parts of the URANIA series were pieces of a puzzle. They are essential reading in order to understand the material presented here in part 4. Here is a brief summary:

Part 1 introduced the origins of the ideology behind the transgender movement. Prior to the declaration of a ‘third sex’, gays were always seen as men or women. When Karl Ulrichs presented his ‘third sex’ theory, he postulated that the gender of gay men and women were not binary, but transitory; a combination of man and woman. He named these people Uranians.
Part 2 presented how the theory of the ‘third sex’ was popularized by one the world’s first sexologists, Dr. Magnus Hirschfeld. He firmly believed that his patients were Uranian, and in some cases they underwent gender reassignment surgery.He performed the world’s first known sex change operation. Throughout his career, Hirschfeld completely ignored the possibility that most of his gender-challenged patients were suffering from severe mental illness and trauma.
Part 3 offered a different look at the origins and evolution of the Nazis. Many of the highest ranking Nazis were sado-masochistic homosexuals who believed it was their right to satisfy their desires with children. For many years they were attached to the German gay rights movement, but violently split from them when they realized the movement would not support sex with children under the age of 16. In 1917, these men reorganized themselves into the Thule society, which later launched the Nazi party. Their vision of an Aryan society consisted of a master-race of gay men who would rule over the rest of the world, and exterminate all inferior races.
What is worth noting about the first three parts of this series is that the major players are almost exclusively Prussian. Ulrichs, Hirschfeld, the Thule society, along with the Nazis, were all deeply influenced by the kultur of Prussia. Whether it was their theories, their militancy, or their homosexuality, everything originated from the state of Prussia.

The issue is that the "experts" in psychiatry are the ones who have decided that they
themselves are medical doctors, based on quackery. Their so-called 'medicine' has
no basis in scientific method and is little more than propaganda designed to create
respect (and to gain wealth and power) that they have never deserved.

Some clarification- Psychiatry is part of medicine and psychiatrists are medical doctors. But psychology and psychologists, not so.

Many other professions are based on science, all of them are subject to the malicious influences of bribery, scams and threat. Obviously medics, pharmacologists, and engineers come to mind, but all are susceptible.

We see chunks of the engineering profession pushing carbon emissions and green hydrogen. Vast swarves of medics still push those emRNA vaxs.
They cannot believe that stuff, it is a way of compartmentalizing knowledge according to the name of the 'space' they currently occupy.
Does this happen in other cultures- Russia, China, Islam? I suggest yes, but the fads, causes and claims differ. I see no way to stop it in general - but this one - gross cruelty to children, stands out. The rights of parents need strengthening, big pharma has over-reached and must be cut and controlled somehow.

Yes. There was and remains no greater racist organization than Planned Parenthood. They wouldn't apologize for Margaret Sanger's remarks (the ones Hitler praised). And the majority of their facilities are found in predominantly poor, black neighborhoods.
