It is time for the US Marshals to step up and make the arrest and hold over for trial one Barack H. Obama for aiding and abetting for every felony and misdemeanour committed by any and all illegal aliens that should have been deported..

My favorite president was William Henry Harrison. If he'd served two terms the way he spent his one month, the world would be a better place.

Of the ones I listed, based on my limited knowledge, I would rate him as the best defender of the constitution and individual liberty.

At least Eisenhower tried to help the American people ............... research "Operation Wetback" where his Admin rounded up over 2 million illegals and sent them back from whence they came. Truman did also but not to the degree of Eisenhower. Politicians are not the problem "Career Politicians" are the problem!

No apologies to any of the bastards who acted to crush liberty in the past. By comparison O is worse, but that doesn't excuse Lincoln, Grant, FDR, Truman, Eisenhower, JFK, LBJ, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, or any of their despicable minions and comtemporary congress critters.
(Apologies if I left out your favorite villain. It was unintentional.)

What we are all missing here is that Odummazz already gave the out in all of this. He said that each one would have to go through a criminal background check to get their "amnesty". Simple, the first question that you ask each of them is "Are you here legally"? When they answer in the negative, they have just admitted that they are a criminal and we send them back from whence they came.

p.s. as much as I hate to say it, we are headed
for a revolution of the haves versus the nots, or
    the patriots versus the nots.

The biggest problem is it illustrates how dysfunctional the government is and how bad they have become in regards to making any useful legislation. He says he acted because Congress wouldn't, but all he did was justify everyone who breaks the law "because no one would do anything". Obviously mom never mentioned "2 wrongs don't make a right".

Mimi, I agree with you wholeheartedly. this precious
nation is like my family, however wonderfully
diverse -- and as a patriot, I want to protect as well
as nurture this family. . a perfect logical consequence
is to selectively admit family members from all over
the world, trying to get the very best. . and maybe
we could use the word neighborhood, since
community has the root word commune. love it!!! -- j

I disagree with the whole open-border philosophy of some branches of Libertarians. I find the people who make decisions based on open-border philosophies have no idea what goes into building a sound community. It’s community roots and a financial commitment. These so-called real libertarians you speak of do not know or care about how it is the middle class family who after striving to build a community by setting down roots for 20+ years is completely blown out of the water by local governments spreading the ‘wealth’ to a flood of foreigners who couldn’t bother to stand in line properly. Whole neighborhoods are changed and ruined over night because of this lack of respect for the LEGAL Americans.

If that happens, the first places I'll look for suspects will be the White House and the local police department. Both are so desperate for excuses to turn into (worse) tyrants right now that I can easily see them setting off a bomb as a false flag operation and blaming it on us.

This is one of several reasons I support Glenn Beck's plea for non-violence.

Violence is what the statists are best at. If we beat them, it won't be by violence. Maybe if the Oath Keepers can recruit a majority of the military services I'll change that prediction.

Meanwhile I'm looking for a good camera. Because I expect *they* will use force.

Hmmm........ not knowing who is coming into the country will be sorely felt after the first dirty bomb or nuke goes off in an American city.

Unfortunately they will get even, by doing the same thing Obama is doing. The example has been set and with the exception of a few, both parties are licking their chops.

Just because something is illegal doesn't mean it's wrong. Real Libertarians know that immigration laws are perfect examples of that fact.

With the ferocity that most GOP leaders were trying to outdo Obama in passing the amnesty (he just beat them to it), I doubt that the next president (should there even be a next president) will do anything sane.

Foreigners coming here without following the rules to apply for entrance, whether looking for work or welfare, are in violation of our immigration laws. Those following the rules of those laws are not doing wrong. Immigration is not the problem, Illegal immigrants are!

Not that kind of laws, we don't. Foreigners coming here to compete for jobs are not doing wrong. If it's for welfare, the right way to fight it is to cut the welfare state.

College application docs won't prove he is an alien, but they will prove he lied and said he was, thus -- federal student aid fraud.

But there are other, more important charges that should stick. One is material support to terrorists (by the arms trade he was negotiating at Benghazi, which is the real reason he allowed those diplomats to be killed). Another is selective enforcement of the IRS nonprofit rules against the Right. And third is illegally delaying parts of ObamaCare to try to help himself in midterm elections.

Additional charges that may or may not stick include getting us into two or three undeclared wars; unilateral attempts to enact cap-and-trade and card check, both without Congressional approval; keeping prisoners at Gitmo without trial or charges, under "lettres de cachet"; and the dismissal-after-conviction of the New Black Panthers voter-intimidation case because he and Holder are anti-white racists.

When GOP and independent candidates start to declare for 2016, we MUST ask each of them, "Will you prosecute BO for all these crimes?" And we must not take no for an answer.

Remember, the left would never let these things slide if we did them, and it is stupid to fight with one hand tied behind your back.

It's not an amnesty, it just temporarily suspends deportations. And the next President can undo it.

Since he can't be arrested while in office without being impeached and convicted first, and impeachment can't work without 2/3 control of the Senate, this will have to happen in 2017. Hopefully by then we'll have an Attorney General who will prosecute.

we will not prosecute him or his henchmen. the supposed opposition has to do it and they will not because if one of them is in the oval office and does anti American things they will not want him prosecuted .just settle back and live with the next two years because that is all we can do. pitiful.
